CLORAVERD has a wide spectrum of action against bacteria, viruses and protozoa, eliminates the pathogens that most frequently contaminate fruits and vegetables (Enterobacteria, Escherichia coli and also Salmonella), rotavirus, hepatitis virus, poliomyelitis, coxsackie and echovirus, Entamoeba histolytica.
Not applying the recommended dilutions or guaranteeing the immersion times will lead to a significant reduction in efficacy, with the consequent risk to the health of consumers. If we do not wash fruits and vegetables correctly, there is a risk that consumers will suffer from gastrointestinal problems or disorders, such as diarrhea, which must be controlled to prevent them from leading to more serious problems.
How to use:
To disinfect drinking water, dose 2.5 ml of CLORAVERD to treat 100 liters of water, guaranteeing a minimum action time of 30 minutes, free chlorine control in treated water must be maintained between 0.2 and 1 mg/liter (ppm).
For the disinfection of water for washing fruits and vegetables, add 2.5 ml of CLORAVERD per liter of water with an immersion time of 5 minutes, after which an adequate rinse with drinking water is necessary to eliminate residual chlorine and smell.
SUITABLE FOR DRINKING WATER DISINFECTION. In the disinfection of water for washing vegetables, it is very important to drain or spin after washing, since surface moisture favors microbial growth.
